For issues involving performance management, career development, advancement, and redeployment, we will take into account the accessibility needs, and individual accommodation plans, of employees with disabilities during the assessment process.

Hiring Process

Training

All Niagara College staff (including student employees) are required to complete training in AODA upon hire. Training modules are available through , and the successful completion of all three modules is a requirement of on-going employment for all staff.
