Our rotating menu remains local and seasonal, including college-grown, regional and provincial bounties. Menu offerings are based on our academic semesters, allowing students time to hone these skill sets and attain success at great culinary destinations at home and around the world. .

Valentine’s Day White Chocolate Mousse Cake
For that special someone on Valentine’s Day!
is preparing a White Chocolate Mousse Cake for $35 plus HST.
Pick up on Valentine’s Day at between 11 am and 4:00 pm.
White Chocolate Mousse Cake:
Layers of Rich Dark Chocolate Brownie, Vanilla Sponge Cake, Raspberry Gelee, White Chocolate Mousse, glazed in Red Mirror glaze finished with cocoa nibs, Chocolate tuiles and Two Heart Shaped Dark Chocolate Truffles.
The cake generously serves 4-8 guests.
