When on campus after 10:30 p.m. during the week, or at any time on weekends, you must sign in with Campus Security by visiting their office in person, or calling the Security Control Centre at 111-111-1111 extension 6999, or have a valid building pass. In the event that there is an emergency Campus Security will need to be aware of who is in the building.
Staff must notify Campus Security that they will be on campus after 10:30 p.m. during the week, or at any time on weekends. Stop by the Campus Security Office on Campus and let one of our staff know where you will be. If there is no one in the office then leave a message on the Campus Security voicemail – 111-111-1111 extension 6999. College staff are required to have their College Staff Identification Card on their person when on Campus for identification purposes. Failure to do so may result in loss of access. When leaving please stop by or call Security again to let them know that you’ll be departing.
Students are required to have a building pass to be in the campus buildings after 10:30 p.m. during the week, or at any time on weekends. The building pass must be authorized by the student’s instructor, a copy provided to Campus Security, and a copy on their person at all times when accessing the Campus after hours. They must also have their Student Identification Card on their person. Failure to do so may result in loss of access. When leaving please stop by or call Security again to let them know that you’ll be departing.
Access to specific rooms/forgotten keys
If you need access to a specific room and/or have forgotten your keys, call the Campus Security Control Centre at 111-111-1111 extension 6999 and request that a Campus Security staff member attend your office or area that you require access to. You will be asked for either your College identification card or Government issued identification for our records. Failure to provide identification may result in loss of access.
