About this part-time equivalency program ( What's this?)

The (HRPA) is the professional association for human resource management in Ontario. As the voice of HR experience and expertise in Ontario, the association administers the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation. The CHRP designation is a nationally recognized achievement in the human resources management profession. This part-time program will provide you with the opportunity to take courses that you can apply towards the HRPA academic requirements.

Note: Either MGMT141 or CEHR1700 replaces the PERS 1304 and PERS 1405 requirement as well as the CEHR1110 requirement.

How to Obtain Your Equivalencies

To obtain credit for equivalency courses taken, individuals will be required to submit their application to the (HRPA).

How to Register

Students do not apply to our part-time equivalency programs. Instead, enrol in and successfully complete each course listed in the Program Delivery section. Once you have successfully completed all of the required courses, you may follow the directions of the professional association to obtain your equivalencies.
