By registering for the Co-Curricular Record program, students gain recognition for engagement, leadership and co-curricular activities pursued outside of the classroom. Volunteer opportunities are posted on our Get Involved website at . Volunteerism opportunities may exist both on and off-campus.

Want to help other students? Tutoring hours can count towards your Co-Curricular Record, and helps you earn extra cash during school! Mentoring and tutoring information is available through our Student Engagement and Leadership Office.

We currently have men’s and women’s basketball, volleyball and soccer teams, as well as tournament golf and curling teams. Check out our Athletics website at under the “Student Athletes” section for tryouts information and forms.

Fitness and Intramural Sports
Lots of fitness classes are available every term – yoga, cardio, combo fit and more. Classes and Fitness Centre use are at no extra charge* to students.
