It’s an open learning collaboration between Ontario College Libraries (including NC Libraries), created to support both students and teachers with resources on study skills, writing, digital citizenship, etc. Because it is open, it helps bridge the gap created when online students and their teachers don’t have access to the same library-licensed resources.
