Spring into Your Best Self

Spring into Your Best Self will be held on March 11 at the Niagara-on-the-Lake Campus, from 4:45 p.m. to 7:20 p.m. (HT 109). Geared to students, the event will kick off with an Indigenous welcome and an event introduction. Keynote speaker Joanna Cielen (nutritionist, faculty instructor) will address the crowd (from 5 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.) before students move into one of three breakout sessions – a scenic wellness walk around the campus grounds, a mindful masterpiece session to inspire creative flow, or yoga.
